Job Description

SENIOR EXECUTIVE (HUMAN RESOURCE)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, exit management, and maintenance of employee records
  • Administer payroll processes, employee claims, insurance matters, and liaise with insurers as required
  • Monitor and manage employee leave, attendance, off-day records, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate staff training activities and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Support staff welfare initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR committee meetings
  • Liaise with SNEF and relevant government/statutory agencies on manpower-related policies, regulations, and compliance matters
  • Prepare HR-related data for labour statistics, surveys, audits, and regulatory submissions
  • Monitor HR and manpower-related developments and regulatory updates in the media
  • Assist in HR budget preparation, financial approvals, billing, and payment processing
  • Perform general HR administration and support duties as required.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management and cover the duties of the Assistant Manager (Administration) when required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Candidates with a Diploma and relevant working experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Relevant experience in HR operations, general administration, or corporate support functions is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and manpower practices and/or experience liaising with government or statutory bodies (e.g. MOM, SNEF) is advantageous
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English, as the role requires liaising with Chinesespeaking employees, stakeholders, and external parties
  • Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous, detailoriented, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and management information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
