Senior/Executive HR Recruiter HJY

Job Description:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support full-cycle recruitment to meet manpower needs for new polyclinic openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes.
- Leverage various recruitment channels (job portals, career fairs, social media, agencies, and educational partners) to attract quality candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, develop selection criteria, and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
- Monitor recruitment progress and highlight potential challenges to ensure staffing timelines are met.

Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations
- Coordinate with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth end‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and timely offboarding for departing employees.
- Liaise with the uniform vendor to activate access for new hires to order uniforms.
- Submit funding claims regularly in accordance with required guidelines and timelines.
- Ensure vaccination records are accurately updated in the system and maintained for audit readiness.

General HR Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and HR operational processes.

Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or related discipline.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in large organisations or healthcare settings will be advantageous.
