Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. He or she ensures smooth day-to-day HR operations and act as a liaison between management and staff.

Responsibilities:

. Provide end-to-end recruitment support

. Handle on-boarding and off-boarding processes (exit interview, IR21 tax clearance)

. Process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

. Process monthly claims and payroll (including CPF contributions)

. Manage leave records, submit government and related claims (maternity/paternity leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A)

. Liaise with education institutions for internship programs

. Monitor, administer and maintain employee benefits

. Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, termination,

. Maintain an accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records

. Facilitate employee cohesion events

. Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience

. University Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred

. Quick-leaner, strong communication, organisational skills

. Attention to detail and good judgement

. Proficiency in MS Office, Infotech and expert knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
