Role Overview
The Senior Executive, HR and Admin plays a critical role in supporting human resource operations for headquarters and driving impactful people-related initiatives across the organisation, strengthening the organisation's mission, values, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to leave administration, staff claims, work pass applications and handling of employee queries and grievances
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate organisation-wide staff orientation and onboarding programmes
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination and onboarding processes
- Responsible for managing employee offboarding and exit procedures
- Coordinate and administer learning and development initiatives and courses to support staff growth
- Plan, organise and execute employee engagement activities, staff events, and welfare programmes to promote a positive workplace culture
- Support any other HR-related and administrative duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees and management
- Strong ability to lead projects and effectively plan and execute events
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Passion for contributing to the non-profit sector
