Job Responsibilities:
Pricing & Market Analysis
- Monitor hotel pricing competitiveness across key markets and competitor sets.
- Track and analyze room rate movements, occupancy trends, and revenue performance.
- Conduct benchmarking analysis against competitors and market performance indicators.
- Identify pricing opportunities and recommend actions to improve revenue and market positioning.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Analyze business performance metrics including revenue, ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, conversion, and other key KPIs.
- Provide insights on market demand patterns, customer behavior, and pricing effectiveness.
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercises through analytical inputs.
Strategic Support
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate promotional campaigns and pricing initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies based on market intelligence and performance data.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market developments.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support commercial and business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Analytics, Hospitality Management, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1– 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, commercial analytics, hospitality analytics, or related roles.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
- Experience with hotel performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and yield management is preferred.
