You will assist with execution, implementation and management of SNEC-Global Eye Health (GEH) and EYE ACP projects in line with the SNEC-GEH / EYE ACP Strategy with a focus on fostering collaboration, education, research grant and fund management.
Job Description
- End-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Utilise project management and design thinking methodologies to deliver a successful project.
- Support the Deputy Director and Senior Manager in the administration of EYE ACP initiatives and supports the day-to-day operations of the EYE ACP office.
- Assist in preparation and execution of collaborative contracts, memorandums of understanding for various SNEC-GEH project.
- Manage SNEC-GEH outreach team travel arrangements, and sourcing of various equipment and consumables.
- Assist in managing project budgets based on requirements and track costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Assist in the administration of academic / teaching appointments, and its related processes from nomination to appointment and renewal.
- Coordinate activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Organise Global Young Ophthalmology Conferences and also Global Eye Health Leadership program in conjunction with SNEC Corporate Communications
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management with end-to-end responsibility.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing programmes.
- Previous experience in program management and conference organisation.
- Ability to meet deadlines and independently follow through on all assigned responsibilities and able to prioritise your work effectively while managing multiple projects.
- Have a strong interest in social investment / philanthropy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
