Role Purpose
This role is responsible for financial reporting and operations across multiple regional entities in REEC. This role needs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of financial information. The position covers accounting, reporting, treasury and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute accounting processes for Holding Company and across regional entities where necessary, including invoice review, GL coding, onboarding of new entities and migration of financial data from Excel to SAP S/4 HANA.
- Review payments and banking transactions, ensuring adherence to internal controls and Financial Authority Limits.
- Coordinate with GL shared services (GLSS), country finance teams, and Group counterparts on payment processing, GL posting, intercompany matters, and other finance-related queries.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including flash reports, financial performance analysis, and presentation materials for senior management review.
- Perform treasury monitoring activities, including cash and liquidity tracking, as well as upkeep of banking mandates and coordinate with Group Treasury to ensure efficient fund management.
- Support statutory audits and tax reporting/audit
- Support monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes across regional entities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or regional finance operations, of which some experience in local audit/Big 4 preferred
- Experience in multi-entity or regional environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory compliance
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, Tagetik, or similar systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple entities and tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
