Job Scope
You will join a team that is responsible for finance and procurement operations so as to ensure the organisation's financial viability and to support strategic imperatives, while maintaining financial standards, governance and compliance.
Your functions and duties include the following:
- Review and update procurement and financial policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with Government Instruction Manuals and Finance Circulars
- Assist in budget planning, expenditure monitoring and investment analysis
- Monitor budget utilization and assist in management reporting
- Manage finance operations including payments, receipts, claims, grant administration, fixed assets and lease management
- Assist in statutory financial reporting, and support governance, compliance and audit-related matters
- Manage procurement operations, including reviewing procurement submissions and providing guidance to divisions on procurement matters
- Participate in transformation initiatives to streamline financial and procurement processes]
