Job Scope:
- Assist in the coordination and execution of experiential learning programmes, including industry projects, hackathons, case competitions, and mentorship programs.
- Support the Operations Manager with scheduling, venue bookings, and managing event timelines.
- Compilation of content and support the preparation of marketing collaterals for students (eg eDMs, infographics, posters)
- Handle logistical arrangements, including catering, transportation, and tech-audio-visual setup for events.
- Coordinate student registrations and manage attendance tracking.
- Liaise with event vendors (eg backdrops, caterers) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Prepare event materials such as registration lists, participant guides and feedback QR codes.
- Process invoices, expense claims, and budget tracking related to various experiential programmes.
- Collation of students and partners evaluations and feedback
- Collation of statistics related to the various experiential events for management reporting and strategic planning
- Any other ad-hoc duties (eg liaison for event caterers, data cleaning, site recce)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years experience in administrative support, event planning and/or programme coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Advantage with experience in usage of design software such as Canva.
- Meticulous, organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude to suggestions and change
Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.15pm
Contract Period: 1 year (option to extend depending on project requirements)
