The Senior Executive/Executive will provide critical support to the asset management function, focusing on the Asset Management System. This role will be responsible for administrative tasks related to asset onboarding, data management, reporting and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative and other duties for on-boarding of current and new assets to Asset Management System, and for retirement of assets with no operational and economic value.
- Maintain accurate data entry, generate reports and other documents as part of operation of Asset Management System, including asset listings, utilization, and deployment summary.
- Support stock-take activities (both regular and ad-hoc) and generate reports for follow-up actions.
- Support administrative duties for repair and maintenance activities, including raising orders for repair, collating and uploading of maintenance reports.
- Support compilation and upload of relevant and valid licenses for current inventory as issued by authorities.
- Handle procurement administrative tasks as directed.
- Perform any other tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative environment.
- Experience in logistics or engineering related industries would be advantageous.
Skills/Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge and skills in business applications such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
- Knowledge of advanced Excel features for handling large amounts of data (e.g. Pivot Tables, Queries) would be an added advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of generating PowerPoint layouts.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
