Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and talent development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and service excellence.
Track, analyze, and report service-related KPIs, collaborate with departments to identify performance gaps and implement targeted improvement plans.
Plan and execute service initiatives and employee engagement activities that foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
Execute award submissions and recognition programs, including supporting actions that reinforce and embed the organization's service culture.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Development or relevant field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Strong skills in coordination, facilitation, and project management.
Comfortable with data analysis, reporting and presenting findings.
Familiar with e-learning or multimedia content development tools (an added advantage).
