Working Hours:
- 8am to 5.30pm OR 8.30am to 6pm
- 10am to 7.30pm (2 to 3 days a week)
Programme Coordination & Operations
- Organise and lead orientation sessions to welcome and onboard new students.
- Ensure the validity of student passes for international students, to monitor their attendance and follow up with those whose attendance falls below expectations.
- Monitor students course enrolment, provide guidance on their academic progression, ensure accurate records are maintained in the student database. Allocate and inform students of their tutorial groupings, where applicable.
- Set up and manage user access on the Learning Management System for both students and teaching staff, including enrolments, account creation, and deactivations.
- Coordinate the issuance of course fee invoices to students and monitor payments.
- Serve as the liaison between the institution and university partners for administrative matters related to academic programmes.
- Conduct periodic classroom visits to engage students.
- Handle reconciliation and processing of royalty payments
- Coordinate with the examinations team to schedule reassessments and any exam-related matters.
- Ensure course feedback and evaluations are collected from students for every module completed.
- For graduates, coordinate the cancellation of student passes and update their records in the system.
- Support the planning and execution of graduation ceremonies and events.
Student Support Services
- Handle requests from students regarding deferments, withdrawals, or programme transfers, and provide academic advice where necessary.
- Respond to student enquiries via, walk-ins, emails, mobile app, and other communication channels.
General & Events Support
- Assist with company-wide events such as open houses or other events as required
- Take on any additional administrative duties or projects as required by the department.
Requirements
- Degree holder in any discipline with 3-4 years of experience
- Team player with a flexible and results-driven approach.
- Able to prioritize and manage workload independently under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-organized with good numeracy and attention to detail.
- Familiar with local and international higher education systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with resource tools is a bonus.
- Experience in the private or education sector is an advantage.
- Open to rotating shifts between 8am to 7.30pm (based on roster)
- Willing to support weekend duties when needed.
