Assist in retail mall and office building daily operations such as building maintenance, landscape, security, pest control, cleaning, waste management and carpark management.
Assist in reviewing tenancy designs and building plans.
Supervise and manage appointed contractors or vendors for preventive / corrective maintenance works. Ensure that works are carried out and completed, including submission of service reports in a timely manner building works carried out by in-house and outsourced technicians and service contractors.
Tenants liaisons, managing complaints/feedback and incidents. Conduct Investigation and troubleshooting to identify the appropriate causes, review and implement the appropriate solutions to be executed by contractors and other service providers and submit incident report
Conduct regular inspections at common areas and tenanted spaces, reporting all defects and non-compliance.
Assist in managing security and cleaning agencies and to ensure that all SOPs and KPIs are fully complied.
Support day-to-day administrative and ensure smooth operations including procurement processes, payment tracking, tenant and vendor coordination, documentation control, PTWS, assisting in management reporting and carpark management
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in Building / Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
Min 2 - 3 years experience in retail mall / office building operations
Able to work under pressure, tight timeline and strong interpersonal skills
ECO (Specified Premises) preferred
Proficient in English and Mandarin
