What You Will Be Working On
We are looking for a member of the programmes team, who is passionate about understanding and meeting the learning needs of Public Service leaders. In particular, you will:
- Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
- Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
- Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
- Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly.

- [Keep Learning and Putting Skills into Action]: Keep up with, share and apply new knowledge (including content on governance and policy issues, learning design) to build confidence and subject matter expertise
