We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Information Technology to join our team!
Job Summary
As a Senior Executive/ Executive, Information Technology (Business Partner), you will be supporting the Director of Information Technology in enhancement of the resort's IT infrastructure and partnering the stakeholders to support seamless operations. You will support IT solutions aligned with business needs, provide user support and training, and ensure compliance with company's IT policies to drive operational excellence for 2 entities at Sentosa Island.
As an Senior Executive / Executive, Information Technology , we rely on you to:
- Support and maintain the resort's information systems, IT applications, and hardware to ensure reliable and secure IT operations
- Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications to meet evolving business requirements and improve operational efficiency
- Deliver IT support and training to users to enhance technology adoption and promptly resolve technical issues
- Identify and implement innovative IT solutions to optimize resort operations and enhance guest and staff experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand IT needs and deliver impactful solution.
- Equip with Data Literacy in understanding of dashboards, reports, data visualization, and ability to interpret business data and trends, using Power BI
- Create simple workflows, forms, or automation processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate or Power Apps) to streamline operations
- Write clear and effective prompts for AI tools to generate accurate responses or automate tasks
- Apply basic Python or scripting skills for simple automation, data processing, or system tasks
- Utilize and exposure to AI platforms such as AWS AI services, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Anthropic Claude to support IT initiatives
We are looking for someone who:
- Relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure in a hospitality or related environment
- Certification in Information Technology or a related discipline demonstrating foundational IT knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage users and facilitate effective IT training
- Familiar with Power BI and Data Literacy, Power Automate, Prompt Engineering, Python and Basic Scripting and various AI Platforms
