Job Description

What The Role Is

You will be part of the HR Core Services team, providing operational and administrative support to teams within the Corporate Human Resource (CHR) Division. The scope covers a range of HR operations including recruitment and onboarding support, procurement and payment processing, and leave and benefits administration.

You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What You Will Be Working On

In this role, you will liaise with job applicants, coordinate recruitment interviews, process administrative and reference-check requests, update personnel records, support procurement and payment processing, administer leave matters, and undertake other HR administrative and operational duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of working experience in administrative services, corporate support functions, or public sector agencies with knowledge of HR management and operations, or procurement and payment processing.
  • Meticulous and well-organised. With an eye for detail, especially when working with data and digital systems.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable in liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in teams
  • Tech savvy and strong in process management and competent in the use of technology such as Microsoft Office suite of applications as well as HR systems (SAP HR).
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies as the team continues to strengthen its digital capabilities.
