Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Coach Education and Development, the Executive/Senior Executive, Coach Education and Development will manage, and streamline administrative and operational activities within the Coach Education Department.
Duties & Responsibilities
5. Spearhead the coordination and management of all internal and external communications with key personnel such as internal departments, clubs, schools, coaches, suppliers, sponsors, stakeholders, and partners.
6. Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to FAS-organised activities like coaching courses, Continuing Coach Education (CCE) sessions, meetings, workshops, tournaments, matches, etc.
7. Manage the department's procurement of equipment, apparel and other items to ensure the smooth delivery of FAS Coach education and development programmes.
8. Manage the equipment and apparel stock inventory in FAS, other related venues and storage areas.
9. Processing of allowances of our Coach Developers for Coaching Courses and providing timely reports and updates to the Head on the key operational areas.
10. Any other duties as assigned by the Technical Director and General Secretary.
