Job Description
The successful candidate will join the SIA Group's Flight Operations Division under the Safety & Ground Training Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning of ground school classes considering all constraints and optimising resources. Challenges include last minute changes, conflicting requirements.
- Delivery of ground school classes which meets regulatory and company standards. Challenge includes attaining the required skills and knowledge to meet the standards.
- Develop training material that meets standards and has high training impact. Challenge is the keeping up with changes to the operations, equipment and regulations, as well as changing learning norms of new generation of pilots.
Experience is required in at least one of the following:
- Pilot
- Flight Engineer
- Navigator
- Maintenance Engineer/Technical Services Engineer/Aviation Background
Technical/Ground Instructor
Note: Based on aptitude, we can consider new graduates and plan a 1 year training program.

Has a Bachelor's degree and posses the following competencies:

- Technology expertise to adopt and implement learning technologies
