Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of the Flight Operations Training & Standards department. He/She will lead instructor teams to develop and implement effective training programmes, as well as develop Safety Training as a leading training organization for Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), Dangerous Goods and First Aid.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the curriculum for Introduction, Aircraft Type and Recurrent Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP) training programmes.
- Maintain training standards of SEP Instructors and Examiners, to meet the Air Navigation Regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore.
- Continuously maintain and improve training standards to meet Company objectives, Regulatory expectations and trainee expectations.
- Explore the implementation of established and emerging learning technologies for the team.
- Conduct SEP and Dangerous Goods Regulations courses for Pilots, Cabin Crew and any other operator as determined by the Company.
- Demonstrate and conduct physical activities such as slide jumping, swimming pool jumping, boarding of a slide-raft from the pool and firefighting.
Requirements
- Possess a university bachelor's degree.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Interpersonal awareness.
- Analytical / critical thinking skills.
- Use of e-learning tools to develop content, adopt use of Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality tools to enhance learning experience).
- Result orientated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
