Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute fundraising initiatives and manage donor and partner engagement to support organizational sustainability.
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
- Plan and manage fundraising campaigns and events, including end-to-end coordination and logistics.
- Monitor fundraising performance and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Maintain and provide regular updates to corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in sales, community or corporate partnerships, and/or fundraising.
- Experience in organising events and managing fundraising campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience working in social service agencies will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Canva and other online design tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Passionate about stakeholder engagement, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
