RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the supervision and management of medical insurance claims
Handle enquiries and correspondence of medical claims
Investigate and negotiate claims settlements & recoveries
Help or guide staff on difficult claims
Review claim files including monitoring of recoveries, setting of reserves and claims payment
Manage clients and intermediaries
Manage complaints
Train, guide and coach junior staff
Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
