Senior Executive/Executive Assistant (1-year Contract)

In This Role, You Will

Work closely with Division Management, Project Managers and Corporate Departments to deliver the following responsibilities:

  • Project administration. You will support division management and project managers to monitor and track project resources for regular reporting.
  • Corporate reporting. You will collaborate across different functions and levels to ensure timely and accurate reporting and archiving of project and organization data.
  • Resource planning. You will assist division management to manage staff records, office space utilization, and staff on- and off- boarding.
  • Organization events and meetings. You will assist division management to coordinate, plan and support organization events, manage calendars of division management and support the running of internal and external meetings and events.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration / Business Studies (Administration) or any related fields
  • Working experience in Excel, Power BI, SAP and Outlook
  • Meticulous in handling and organizing of organization data
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to manage multiple work demands and timeline
  • Good social skills in managing multiple stakeholders
