Job Description

  • This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
  • Academic & Programme Administration
    • Assist in the day-to-day operational execution of the MAF and MQF programmes,ensuring smooth programme delivery.
    • Coordinate course registration, scheduling, and student evaluations, ensuring timelyexecution.
    • Provide classroom support, including weekday evenings and Saturdays, when required.
  • Student & Alumni Support
    • Serve as a first point of contact for students, addressing queries and providing guidanceon academic and administrative matters.
    • Coordinate student orientation, commencement, graduation dinner, career talks,workshops, and alumni networking events.
  • Event & Logistics Coordination
    • Support the planning and execution of local and overseas learning experiences,ensuring smooth operations
    • Manage event logistics, venue bookings, travel arrangements, and materialspreparation.
  • Other Duties as Assigned
    • Support additional tasks and projects as needed to ensure the success of the MAF andMQF programmes.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in programme administration, student services, or operations-preferably within a higher education or training environment-will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently with initiative and sound judgment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with faculty, students, and administrative stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and make timely, well-considered decisions under pressure.
  • Digitally competent and comfortable with administrative systems proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive attitude toward process improvements and service excellence.
