The Senior Executive supports the coordination and execution of in-park events and programmes by conducting market research, assisting with concept development, and managing event logistics. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that events align with marketing strategies, guest preferences, and business objectives. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and pricing inputs, coordinating production timelines and budgets, and tracking performance metrics to support continuous improvement of event offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in programme conceptualisation and seasonal campaign development.
- Support the alignment of event strategies with brand, marketing, and business objectives to enhance guest engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams on communication messages, marketing assets, presentations, and on‑ground signages.
- Coordinate event logistics and tasks to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Troubleshoot content and setup challenges to uphold a positive guest experience.
- Consolidate post-campaign data from internal and external stakeholders.
- Track production expenses and prepare post‑event reports, including performance insights and recommendations.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Manage administrative tasks related to brand, marketing, and event initiatives within attractions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Events, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Events Planning/Management, Public Programmes, or creative project coordination.
- Operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to use AI tools for productivity.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, and able to prioritise and follow through.
