Job Description

Role: Senior Executive, Event Management
Availability: March 2026

About the Role
This role places you at the heart of Royalworkz's creative engine.
As a Senior Event Management Executive, you'll lead the development and execution of Royalworkz's key experiential projects - from branded festivals to major IP-driven activations. You will manage client relationships, oversee project workflows, and ensure every event meets our creative and operational standards.
This role is suited for candidates with strong leadership ability, proven event execution experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end event planning, production, and execution for major projects.
  • Manage client relationships, presentations, project updates, and approvals.
  • Oversee project budgets, costings, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with event vendors, suppliers, production teams, and partners.
  • Oversee preparation of proposals, quotations, tenders, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Provide leadership on-site for event setup, event-day operations, and teardown.
  • Ensure all event production meets quality standards, brand/IP guidelines, and safety requirements.
  • Manage logistics, shipping documentation, and production timelines.
  • Identify operational risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose timely solutions.
  • Support management in process improvements and strategic planning.
  • Occasional weekend or evening work required during event deployment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Events, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or activation projects.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of event production workflow, vendor sourcing, and logistics planning.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
  • Experience with corporate gifts, merchandising, or print processes is an advantage.
