Job Summary

Execute Enterprise trade marketing initiatives by translating GTM strategies into channel programs, promotions, and sales enablement activities across mobile, FWA, fibre, and solutions. Drive channel performance through campaign execution, POSM rollout, and partner engagement while coordinating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations. Monitor campaign results, channel KPIs, and budgets to improve execution effectiveness and commercial impact.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Support execution of B2B trade marketing strategies and GTM initiatives across mobile, FWA, fibre, and solution services, including channel programs, sales campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Partner with Sales teams and channels to drive trade initiatives, improve conversion, enhance channel productivity, and support market activation and coverage programs.
  • Manage trade promotions, campaigns, and POSM execution including campaign rollouts, partner communications, merchandising materials, brand visibility, and outlet compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, Branding, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of GTM plans, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
  • Track trade performance, reporting, and vendor management by monitoring campaign effectiveness, channel KPIs, budgets, market insights, and vendor deliverables to drive continuous improvement.

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, with 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Support, or related roles. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Exposure to telecommunications, FMCG, or B2B environments is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Basic analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools, with the ability to support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
