Senior Executive Engineer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out feasibility, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for mechanical/electrical services for public and commercial projects
• Design the layouts of M&E plantrooms, mechanical/electrical services, M&E services routings, M&E services points and fixtures
• Carry out consultations with local authorities and agencies
• Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings
• Perform contract administration work
• Manage projects progress, identify any non-confirmation of contractor's work at site
• Manage testing and commissioning of M&E systems
• Attend/Chair technical and progress meetings with clients, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in carrying out designs of mechanical services, project management and supervision
• Conversant with the codes of practice and regulations related to building services is essential
• Team player and ability to work with and manage clients and contractors
