Lead and oversee 3D structural design and analysis using advanced engineering software.
Review, endorse, and provide technical guidance on structural designs to ensure compliance with statutory standards, regulations, and relevant Codes of Practice.
Manage and coordinate all structural engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
Act as the key liaison among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, design teams, site teams, and contractors.
Provide technical leadership during design development, value engineering, constructability reviews, and problemsolving at various project stages.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing professional guidance and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Lead coordination efforts with contractors and multidisciplinary project teams to resolve design and site issues efficiently.
Ensure all civil and structural submissions meet authority requirements and are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Oversee BIMrelated structural design processes and contribute to improvements in digital engineering workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore. (A Master's degree and/or progress toward PE registration is a strong advantage.)
Minimum 5 -8 years of structural engineering experience in building or mixeddevelopment projects.
Strong technical proficiency in structural design aligned with local Codes, Regulations, Eurocodes, and relevant international standards.
Wellversed in industry-leading structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, MIDAS, and others.
Demonstrated experience in authority submissions for civil and structural works, with good understanding of regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in leading design or project management activities, including BIMbased coordination.
Conversant with statutory codes and requirements relating to site supervision, quality control procedures, and construction administration.
