You will help scale up the IP across more episodes, mediums, and touchpoints. You will play a pivotal role in launching the IP on digital platforms like YouTube and social media, while also exploring distribution channels and partnerships with other like-minded organisations. We are seeking someone with strong initiative to explore new solutions, manage shifting project milestones, and execute projects central to the company's long-term strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate writers rooms and manage creative documentation to ensure seamless story development, review scripts and offlines.
  • Scaling Workflows: Collaborate with creative teams to expand the IP, establishing robust production workflows to support the scaling of episodes and new media formats.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research on the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partnerships & Distribution: Identify and cultivate potential partners to execute IP expansion (e.g., music, podcasts, merchandise) and explore distribution opportunities
  • Commercial Administration: Assist in the management of contracts and procurement processes.

Content Strategy and Release

  • Digital Launch: Manage the launch of content on digital platforms, specifically YouTube and social media.
  • Build and promote new processes to increase the efficiency of content resources across the organisation.
  • Assist in developing the roadmap of content output.

Social Media & Production Support

  • Assist the team as needed on social media output for the NFC brand and accounts.
  • Provide support in areas of production, liaising with production partners, and facilitating shoots.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent practical experience in Communications, Media, Business, Education, or a related field.

Experience

  • Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate across multiple teams, or handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in media/content production, education, or project management is a plus.

Skills And Attributes

  • Proactive Leadership: Demonstrates strong initiative with the ability to explore new solutions and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eagerness and ability to quickly absorb new information, processes, and systems
  • Exceptional Organisation: Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, especially when managing contracts, notes, and asset inventories.
