The Senior Executive will be responsible for shaping the sales growth strategy and managing the commercial targets for our Digital business (Housebrand).

Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth analysis of sales and transaction data to uncover insights on customer behaviour and category trends, and to identify commercial opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales, customer trial, conversion, and loyalty.
- Identify and execute growth levers, including search, e-Commerce site/app visibility, targeted offers, and campaigns.
- Generate post-activation/campaign reports to analyze ROI, identify key learnings, and provide recommendations.
- Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for the Housebrand Digital business. Manage the A&P budget.
- Work with cross-functional teams, agency, and FairPrice Group's e-Commerce and Omnichannel division.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant brand/marketing experience in an FMCG company, with a focus on e-commerce sales.
- Proven track record of delivering commercial targets for an e-commerce business.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and media/creative agencies is a plus.
- Self-starter, resilient, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment, passion for problem solving and finding innovative solutions to challenges, able to negotiate/collaborate effectively across teams.
