Design the training curriculum, schedule training classes and facilitate training sessions to ensure all learning objectives are aligned with current department objectives
Maintain all training databases/documents and SOPs for all attractions
Ensure training documents are kept aligned with OEM operation and maintenance manual
Plan, arrange and liaise with external vendors for training courses
Support the generation of SOP/WI and skills assessment forms for the department
Maintain organizational documents and the document management system
Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage guidelines
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree, preferably in technical field
Proficient in editing software (Adobe In-Design) in training set up and Microsoft Office
Good written and communication skills
Able to be deployed to the maintenance field hands-on to keep themselves current with the ride maintenance activities
