Senior/Executive, Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of the centre's programmes, services, and internal workflows.
• Provide a polished, professional, and high-quion and onboarding procedures.
• Quality service experience in all customer-facing interactions.
• Meet or surpass enrolment goals while optimising lead conversion rates.
• Ensure a smooth post-enrolment journey for parents and students, including orientatation.
• Take responsibility for customer issues and ensure they are resolved promptly in line with service standards (SLAs).
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient operations and a seamless client experience.
• Support customer service initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance overall satisfaction.
• Keep precise and updated records of enquiries, enrolments, and customer feedback.
• Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 year of experience in customer service, front-of-house, or enrolment-related roles (experience in education is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage well with parents and students.
• Service-oriented and genuinely enjoys interacting with both parents and children.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to meet enrolment targets while maintaining excellent service levels.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
