[What the role is]
The School of Design & Media (SDM) is seeking a creative and resourceful Multimedia Designer to support the development of visual content for outreach, branding, and school-wide initiatives. The designer will be responsible for producing print and digital collateral, managing design displays, updating web and social media content, and contributing to major events. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, possess strong visual storytelling skills, and be able to work independently under tight deadlines.
[What you will be working on]
- Design and produce marketing collateral for PET/CET outreach (e.g., brochures, eDMs, posters, social media graphics).
- Develop visual content for SDM rebranding, including online and physical assets.
- Curate and design displays of student works across school exhibition areas.
- Update web content and create visuals for SDM's social media platforms.
- Support NYP-wide and industry events with multimedia content (e.g., Innovation Week, National Day Rally).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on design projects.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
[What we are looking for]
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong visual design and layout skills for both print and digital platforms.
- Experience in creating social media content and marketing collateral.
- Familiarity with website content updates and exhibition display design
- Good communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
