[Your Next Opportunity]
We are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Executive, Corporate Secretarial to work closely with the Head of Department and Managers in the Corporate Secretarial department to provide overall management of the corporate secretarial work and facilitation as well as internal services of the corporate level and the external liaison work.
[Your Role & Responsibilities]
- Handle a portfolio of local private limited companies and branches of foreign companies with minimal supervision.
- Manage all corporate secretarial work related to your portfolio including preparing necessary documents / resolutions, ACRA filings, updating of statutory registers, etc.
- Liaise with and advise clients and external parties including registered agents in relation to company formation, annual compliance and ongoing company administration matters for Singapore and offshore entities.
- Maintain and update companies statutory registers and submit relevant filings to the respective jurisdictions registries in compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance to Corporate Secretarial Assistants / Executive.
- Perform related ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the role.
[What We Are Looking For]
[Education]
- Diploma or equivalent corporate secretarial qualifications.
[Skills & Experience]
- At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience in the Corporate Services Industry or related field.
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Able to work independently and with integrity, exercising fair and principled temperament and adopting a facilitative, commercially minded approach to matters.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiar with Corporate Secretarial software such as ViewPoint is an advantage.
