Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Community Partnership Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in securing vital resources for impactful programs. Utilize your relationship-building skills and innovative thinking to drive strategic fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new corporate sponsors, foundations, and high-net-worth donors. Create engaging sponsorship decks, grant proposals, and tailored presentations aligned with donor goals. Plan and implement fundraising events (e.g., charity walks, galas) and digital campaigns (Giving.sg, Give.asia). Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including vendors, volunteers, and internal collaboration. Track campaign performance to meet targets and measure ROI effectively. Foster strong donor relationships through regular engagement and detailed impact reporting. Maintain an accurate donor database (CRM), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prepare donor communications such as newsletters, reports, and appreciation materials.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, corporate sales, or account management. Proven track record in meeting sales or fundraising objectives is highly preferred. Proficient in MS Office experience with CRM systems or fundraising platforms is a plus. Strong hunter mindset for driving partnerships paired with a nurturing approach to relationship management. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Passionate about social causes and comfortable representing the organization in various settings.
