Senior/Executive (Communications - Sustainability/Responsible Business Practices)(Shipping MNC)

Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as Senior /Executive (Communications - Sustainability/Responsible Business Practices).
In this role, you will be contributing in the following areas :

• Assist in driving and implementing corporate sustainability strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for accurate and timely submission of sustainability disclosures and data
• Execute the annual process for Sustainability and Ecovadis reporting, through consultations with relevant departments and liaison with consultants
• Manage relationships with consultancies, strategic partners, and external organizations
• Promote awareness and incorporation of sustainability as part of company culture
• Ensure the Sustainability Home Page is up to date
• Maintain the Workplace CSR platform for internal communication
• Organize and participate in the organisation's CSR activities and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Open to entry level Degree graduates too.
• Those with Degree in PR or Corporate Communication with passion in Sustainability will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communicator with good report writing skill and a natural curiosity for learning and continuous improvement, especially in sustainability and responsible business practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (experience with Google Suite a plus)
• Methodical and meticulous self-starter, with strategic mindset and strong situational awareness and macro-level perspective
• Team player with strong project management skills
• Familiarity with sustainability concepts and principles (e.g. exposure to Ecovadis reporting or GRI standards) will be advantageous
• Prior experience or keen interest in Container Shipping preferred
