As a Senior Executive (Career Development and Talent Management)
In This Role, You Will
- Strategic Framework and Policy Development: Develop and review career and talent development frameworks, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
- Data Analytics and Workforce Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of data trends and workforce metrics to recommend strategic improvements, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders to drive evidence-based career and talent decisions.
- Digital Transformation and AI Integration: Leverage AI and digital tools and advanced data analytics to automate routine HR processes, build dashboards, enhance talent identification, and provide predictive insights into future workforce development needs.
- Career and Talent Development: Lead the development of career pathways, competency frameworks, succession planning and talent reviews to establish a learning and talent development culture.
- Strategic Communication and Change Management: Synthesize complex information into clear, professional written reports and high-impact presentations for management and key stakeholders. Communicating policy changes and facilitating adoption and buy-in.
- Budget Management: Recommend, review and monitor budgets.
- Project Management: Lead and undertake ad hoc projects and duties related to talent management and career development as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business & Human Resource Management / Human Resource Consulting / Applied Psychology / Psychology / Data Analytics
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or Learning and Development. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR analytics and strategic planning are welcomed to apply.
- Ability to think strategically, understand broader organisational goals, and contribute to long-term planning.
- Translate HR policies into effective processes that support employee growth and internal mobility.
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills to analyse information, identify complex problems, and propose data-backed solutions.
- Proficiency in AI, digitalisation and data analytics tools (such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate or Python/R) and a strong interest in agentic AI to drive productivity and talent and career initiatives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholders and multi-tasking effectively in a dynamic environment.
