1. Provide support in the career attachment department
2. Attend to enquiries on general enquiry, recruitment events, career portal and billing sent to role-based email accounts.
3. Management of Career Office Job Portal including:
. Review of employer registrations and job postings
. Review and follow up of job change requests
. Review and approval of employer contact login requests
. Upkeep and ensure Job Portal User Guide is up-to-date
. Review and approval of new employers accounts
. Creation of employer events and monitoring of events sign-up
4. Support a team of Industry Relations Consultants in organising and executing recruitment events (including but not limited to mass fairs, recruitment talks, roadshows, online). This involves:
. Pre-event liaison with external stakeholders (i.e., employers, third-party vendors) and internal stakeholders (i.e., IT support, AV support, facilities booking)
5. Other administrative and ad-hoc duties.
