Responsibilities:
- Provide flawless, high-standard service and maintenance of multiple residences, including international properties.
- Oversee and coordinate a large team of domestic staff across various locations, ensuring all tasks are executed impeccably.
- Manage complex schedules, including private and social events, with utmost attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Conduct and manage high-level training sessions for all household staff to meet exacting standards.
- Implement and maintain advanced security protocols and systems in collaboration with security personnel.
- Administer all household budgets, financial accounts, and payroll with a high degree of precision and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all family matters, handling sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- Lead and execute large-scale event planning, from intimate high-profile dinners to grand receptions, ensuring world-class standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing multiple properties in different countries.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to handle complex situations with diplomacy and discretion.
- Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and international cuisine is essential.
- Must be available to travel extensively and reside on-premises as required.
