The position oversees cross-functional alignment, budget and compliance reporting, brand and digital governance, and day-to-day operational support. The role contributes directly to organization's strategic objectives in China by strengthening operational efficiency, corporate governance, and brand presence across key markets.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Coordination & Operations
- Serve as the primary liaison between HQ functions (AP, IS, HR, Admin, CSS, CCD, BSM/Marketing) and local teams to ensure alignment on operations, projects, and business processes
- Manage internal and external enquiries, ensuring appropriate routing, follow-up, and timely resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks, reporting, and updates to support project execution and operational effectiveness
Digital, Brand & Communications
- Lead the planning, drafting, and publishing of bilingual content for organization's China website and WeChat platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing, CCD, and external vendors on content development, performance analytics, and continuous improvement
- Proactively draft, review, and implement corporate identity and branding materials to ensure consistency across all local platforms
Governance, Compliance & Reporting
- Consolidate and submit routine reports (e.g. risk, fraud, compliance) to HQ in a timely and accurate manner
- Coordinate statutory documentation and filings with Chinese authorities for over 50 organization's China entities
- Oversee AML-CFT and ABAC eLearning enrolment and completion tracking for local teams
Finance, Budget & Administration
- Lead the annual budget preparation process for organization's China entity and monitor departmental expenses
- Review and process operational and administrative memos, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Facilitate annual contract renewals with vendors and negotiate favourable commercial terms to optimise cost and service quality
- Oversee business travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and daily administrative operations
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of correspondence, contracts, and official documents
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office IT- and smart-device savvy
- Strong communication, coordination, and facilitation skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, and creative in problem-solving
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
