Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical individual to support two main areas of work. You will be the main responsible for consolidating and analyzing data across New Vehicle Sales and Customer Services & Parts Sales (CSP), ensuring accuracy and timely reporting through visualization tools such as Power BI. You will transform data into actionable predictive insights and develop analysis tools that enable the achievement of strategic business goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and reporting activities, including preparing sales reports and acting as the backup for order management processes, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational objectives.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

1. Business Intelligence, Insights, and Analysis

  • Translate raw datasets into business insights, identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities for each market.
  • Support Market Managers by providing country-level analytics, scenario modelling, and sales pipeline analysis.
  • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. target vs. forecast) for both Sales and Aftersales business units.
  • Assist in annual sales and budget planning through historical data analysis and predictive modelling.

2. Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for Sales, Aftersales, and Management teams (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to provide analytical support, develop dashboards, and deliver insights that enhance decision-making across SEA markets.
  • Automate and simplify reporting processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and transparency of data.
  • Collaborate with IT/Data teams to improve data accessibility and standardization across the organization.


3. Data Governance & Quality Management

  • Maintain and validate data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reporting platforms and databases.
  • Establish data governance guidelines and standard operating procedures for reporting and data capture.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

4. Sales Forecast and Planning

  • Liaise with respective Market Managers for their timely submission of sales planning & order figures in preparation of forecasts & planning meetings.
  • Ensure that the forecasts and orders are determined based on set sales and stock targets in order to ensure sustainable stock and production levels.
  • Coordinate with Market Managers and Controlling Team to validate, and refine forecast assumptions, providing clarity on volume expectations and market dynamics.
  • Analyze order volume deviation vs plan and propose appropriate volume forecast for full year with alignment with Market Managers.
  • Ensure General Distributers (GDs) submits Planning and Actuals figures timely and accurately in systems.
  • Provide 1st Level support to the market when issues are detected in the system, otherwise liaise with HQ planning team to resolve the issues.
  • Liaise between markets/Market Managers and HQ planning or order management department when production quota issues arises (Addition, reduction, swapping of quotas).

5. Sales Reporting and Consolidation

  • Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance for Sales across all markets.
  • Prepare presentation decks, performance summaries, and variance analyses, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with accurate insights for review and decision-making.
  • Validate data accuracy across relevant systems, ensuring consistency and integrity in all reporting outputs.
  • Prepare required Sales reports by various stakeholders.


6. Deputization for Order Management

  • Provide support/backup for Order Management to ensure smooth and seamless operations.

And any other suitable tasks assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferably 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related analytical functions.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Power BI) and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Experience in developing reporting dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple datasets with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort working with ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and independent individual with good team spirit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Highly culturally sensitive and experienced working in an international and/or matrix organization
