Support the collection, cleansing, and validation of operational and strategic datasets. Extract actionable insights to inform business decisions and performance tracking.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using tools such as PowerBI. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments including Operations, IT, and Fleet Maintenance.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data collected.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs, improve data collection and support business initiatives, and also with external teams on automation and data integration projects.
Any other duties and roles as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
3-4 years of experience in BI, data strategy or analytics.
Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in project coordination or project management is an advantage.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS) is a plus.
