Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Board Programmes to expand SID Academy's corporate client base in Singapore and the region by driving programme adoption and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for SID Academy programmes
- Manage inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound outreach to generate and qualify leads through needs analysis
- Maintain accurate client data, relationships, and track revenue activities to support sales goals
- Deliver presentations, reports, and proposals on programme metrics and achievements to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee process efficiency, budget, and cost management for key projects to ensure smooth operations
- Support the Senior Manager throughout the contracting cycle, including meeting preparation, proposal submission, and contract closing
- Develop and customise proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate SID Academy's value proposition
- Collaborate with associate faculty and programme delivery teams to align training solutions with client needs
- Represent SID professionally at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance brand presence
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving corporate board needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to sell professional services, executive education, or corporate training solutions to senior-level stakeholders (C-Suite, V-Suite, D-suite, Board Directors)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B business development, for-profit education, or account management (motivated fresh graduates considered for Executive level)
- Genuine interest in and understanding of corporate governance, business ethics, or directorship
- Experience working within a professional membership body, non-profit, or academic institution
- Existing network of contacts within HR, L&D, or corporate leadership communities in Singapore
