Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager, Strategic Content & Communications

What you'll be doing

• Develop and produce engaging content (including video, digital, and written formats) to support organisation-wide communications and storytelling initiatives

• Craft compelling narratives that highlight partnerships showcasing real-world impact

• Support end-to-end content creation - from concept development, scripting, filming, to editing and final delivery

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and adapt communication materials for diverse audiences

• Manage creative vendors (e.g. video production, design) to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables

• Drive content for digital platforms and internal channels to enhance engagement and awareness

• Support media communications, including development of press materials, story angles, and responses to media queries

• Coordinate communications for outreach events, community programmes, and engagement initiatives

• Track and analyse content performance across digital and media channels, providing insights to optimise future campaigns

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Media/ Marketing or related studies

• 2 - 4 years of working experience in content creation, video production/ editing, or multimedia storytelling

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content

• Hands-on experience with video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or equivalent)

• Comfortable working across both strategic communications and executional content production

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple teams or external partners
