Develop and execute communications strategies and implementation plans which encompass communication vehicles, including new social platforms, video, traditional media and other multi-media tools to connect with internal and external stakeholders and build equity of company branding.
Provide event and communications counsel and support to clinical, nursing, allied health and admin departments to ensure appropriate messaging and correct use of corporate branding - including editorial oversight for collateral and general communications materials.
Develop compelling narratives on internal and external platforms to promote and educate on child and maternal health.
Develop and implement various staff communication collateral/initiatives to support staff and cluster engagement.
Manage website and harness SEO for optimal user experience.
Events management - support events planning and execution including RSVP, catering, venue setup and coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Measure and report performance of key initiatives to assess against goals. Evaluate effectiveness of campaigns to drive new initiatives to boost reach.
Requirements:
Preferably 3 years or more of relevant working experience. (Marketing / Communication)
Recognized Degree, preferably in communications, journalism, public relations, digital media.
Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences):
Good understanding of digital and traditional media with proven record in achieving coverage across different media segment.
Experience in Events management.
Experience in social media and digital communications (Google Analytics, Paid social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
Experience in SEO tools and audits, with hands-on experience and proven organic success.
Good understanding of digital and traditional media with proven record in achieving coverage across different media segments.
Excellent editorial and copyediting skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Working knowledge and experience in desktop publishing skills such as Illustrator, Photoshop and/or HTML coding would be an advantage.
Driven, committed with strong sense of integrity.
Meticulous and organised.
A good understanding of the healthcare ecosystem is preferred but not mandatory.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
