Job Responsibilities:
- Provide secretariat and administrative support to senior management and board-level meetings
- Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare materials, and manage meeting logistics
- Take minutes and ensure proper documentation of discussions and decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for departmental activities
- Support office administration including procurement, inventory, and general coordination
- Assist in organising corporate initiatives and department activities when required
- Handle correspondence and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in corporate secretariat or administrative roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Responsible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
