Join our team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to deliver essential secretariat and administrative support that ensures smooth governance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules and manage logistics to facilitate efficient Board and departmental meetings
- Prepare accurate meeting materials and draft clear minutes to document discussions and decisions
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements to uphold governance standards
- Manage general office administration including procurement and inventory to support daily operations
- Maintain comprehensive departmental records for easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Assist with corporate initiatives to support organizational goals and continuous improvement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in corporate secretariat to enhance governance support
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, especially for data analysis and presentations
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills to engage stakeholders clearly
- Highly motivated, meticulous, adaptable, responsible, and committed to multitasking
