EMCC is a well-established counselling agency that has been serving individuals, couples, and families for over 25 years through counselling, mediation, training, and educational programmes. Role Summary
Reporting to Head of Resource Mobilisation, this role plays a key role in translating programme strategy into effective execution and measurable outcomes.
He/she is responsible for the development, positioning, and delivery of EMCC's programmes across three key areas:
- Capability building for mental health and social service professionals
- Relationship strengthening programmes for couples and families
- Expanding access to mental health support through community and partner-based programmes
This role works across the full programme lifecycle - including programme planning, marketing/outreach, delivery, and performance tracking - to ensure programmes are relevant, well-executed, and able to achieve participation and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Programme Planning & Development
- Drive the planning and coordination of programmes across training, relationship, and community segments
- Identify audience needs and recommend improvements to programme offerings
- Work with the Counselling team to align programme content with EMCC's areas of expertise
- Work with the Head of Resource Mobilisation to prioritise programmes based on impact, demand, and feasibility
2. Marketing & Outreach
- Drive outreach efforts to increase programme visibility and participation
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure clear, consistent, and relevant programme messaging
- Monitor participation and identify opportunities to improve programme uptake
- Propose ideas to improve programme visibility and engagement based on audience response and trends
3. Programme Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of programmes, including:
- Professional training programmes
- Marriage preparation and relationship enrichment programmes
- Talks, workshops, and community-based programmes: Ensure smooth operations and positive participant experience manage programme schedules and coordination across stakeholders
4. Revenue & Performance
- Responsible for achieving programme revenue targets through effective planning, outreach, and delivery
- Monitor participation, demand trends, and revenue performance across programmes
- Identify gaps (e.g. low uptake) and recommend actions to improve performance
- Review programme performance and recommend adjustments (e.g. topics, formats, scheduling)
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare regular performance updates and concise reports
- Use programme data (e.g. participation, feedback, revenue) to monitor performance and identify trends
- Highlight key insights, gaps, and recommended actions
6. Continuous Improvement & Team Coordination
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to processes and workflows
- Support development and maintenance of SOPs for key programme processes
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Counselling, Client Services) to ensure smooth coordination

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, training, outreach, or related roles
- Experience in delivering events, programmes, or training is preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic data tracking tools
