Job Summary:

The Procurement Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing procurement data to identify trends, optimize purchasing strategies, and support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and contribute to improving procurement efficiency.

In addition to core data analysis duties, the incumbent will lead robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives aimed at streamlining procurement workflows. This includes collaborating closely with the Information Technology team to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that enhance operational productivity and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will combine expertise in data analytics with project leadership capabilities, driving innovation through technology to transform procurement processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead advanced data analytics
2. Analyze complex procurement datasets to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
3. Develop comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor and evaluate procurement performance metrics such as Savings, Spend, and Turnaround Time.
4. Design and implement automated reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into procurement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions based on accurate and timely data.
5. Support robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives within the procurement function by collaborating with the Information Technology team.
6. Identify automation opportunities within procurement workflows and design RPA solutions for data processing and KPI generation.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in database, data processing & data mining (exposure to Procurement or Supply Chain analytics will be added advantage
• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within procurement or supply chain functions.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or relevant BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to develop and implement automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and key performance metrics is an advantage.
