Company Introduction

DocMed Technology is the HealthTech arm of Hyphens Pharma International, operating a digital ecosystem across Singapore and Malaysia. Its platforms - POM and POMACY (B2B pharma marketplaces) and WellAway (Singapore's first e‑pharmacy) - connect healthcare professionals, institutions, and patients through digitising traditionally fragmented healthcare supply chains by connecting pharma to medical.

Role Purpose

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Medical Events & Engagement owns events and engagement projects across DocMed's platforms in Singapore and Malaysia, driving user growth and revenue outcomes. Reporting to the Product Manager as the team's SME, this role helms DocMed's weekly medical events and engagement calendar, and works closely across Operations and Commercial teams to ensure effective delivery.

This is a demanding, fast-paced role with a week-on-week event and engagement cadence across multiple platforms requiring real-time responsiveness. Seniority of the position will be determined by relevant experience and competencies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Medical Events Management & Execution (70%)

  • Own weekly online and offline events calendar across Singapore and Malaysia (e.g. sponsored webinars and medical symposiums) as key revenue and engagement drivers, creating execution plans with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Execute weekly events end-to-end with real-time ownership, including calendar management, topic curation, event emcee, speaker rehearsals, program flow, supported by operations teams on logistics and post-event communications.
  • Source, invite, and coordinate with event speakers ranging from healthcare professionals to technology partners and subject-matter experts, aligned with stakeholder requirements.

2. Marketing Campaigns Execution (20%)

  • Execute marketing campaigns targeting both B2B (pharma partners, healthcare institutions) and B2C (healthcare professionals, patients) audiences.
  • Provide marketing direction and collaborate with operations team on marketing content creation across EDMs, banners, flyers, and magazines.
  • Monitor funnel metrics to iteratively optimise engagement performance.

3. User Engagement and Growth (10%)

  • Manage engagement ecosystems through online and offline channels including platform content, EDMs, social media, in-person events.
  • Translate user behaviour and support insights into targeted engagement and growth initiatives.

Requirements & Experience

  • 2-5 years executing or managing professional events, with experience in healthcare, pharma, or scientific settings strongly preferred. Exposure to clinical audiences is a strong plus.
  • Healthcare professionals (medicine, pharmacy, nursing, allied health etc.) with exposure to medical events or engagement are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Marketing/engagement experience with proven ability in speaker/KOL relationship management is a strong plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and execution discipline.
